On March 26 and March 29, we hosted a very special FlowBall experience in Irvine, marking an exciting first step in introducing FlowBall through an official experience class in the United States.

For many of the people who joined us, it was their first time ever seeing FlowBall. Some came curious, some came simply wanting to try something new, and many left with a real appreciation for the movement, rhythm, and energy of the practice.
As participants learned the basic techniques and began working with the racket and ball, the atmosphere quickly became relaxed, joyful, and full of encouragement. There was laughter, focus, and a shared sense of discovery throughout the class. It was exciting to see so many people connect with FlowBall for the very first time.
Rooted in Tai Chi principles, FlowBall combines circular movement, coordination, balance, and control. What makes it special is not only how it looks, but how it feels — smooth, engaging, and welcoming even for beginners.
This event was more than just a class. It was a beautiful beginning for FlowBall in the United States and an important first step in helping more people discover and enjoy the sport.
We are grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this experience so memorable. We look forward to continuing to grow the FlowBall community and sharing this unique movement with more people in the future.
