FlowBall USA was honored to support the International Youth Sports Development Federation’s Community Youth Sports Program & Keystone Sports Festival in Irvine.

As part of this eight-session youth charity sports program, children had the opportunity to experience FlowBall alongside Wushu, volleyball, and soccer. For many participants, this was their first time holding a FlowBall racket and discovering a sport that feels both gentle and challenging, graceful and full of energy.

FlowBall is more than just learning how to move a ball with a racket. It teaches children how to coordinate their hands, eyes, body, and breath. Through circular movements, rhythm, and control, children begin to understand balance, patience, focus, and flow. We were happy to see many young participants become more comfortable and confident with every class.

During the final session, the Keystone Sports Festival – Irvine Skills Challenge gave children a chance to showcase what they had learned. In the FlowBall Skills Challenge, participants demonstrated their coordination, rhythm, control, and willingness to try something new. Awards were presented, including Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Excellence Awards, to recognize their effort, progress, and participation.

One of the most meaningful parts of this program was seeing children approach FlowBall with curiosity. Some started carefully, unsure of how to control the ball. But step by step, they learned to relax, follow the movement, and keep the ball connected with the racket. Those small moments of progress are exactly what FlowBall represents: growing through patience, practice, and continuous movement.

We were also grateful to share this program with families, coaches, volunteers, and community partners. The encouragement from parents and the support from the community made this experience even more special. Every smile, every attempt, and every moment of progress reminded us why FlowBall USA is committed to introducing this sport to more people in the United States.

FlowBall USA sincerely thanks the International Youth Sports Development Federation, BK Dragon Wushu Academy, TeamPlay, all participating families, and every volunteer who helped make this program possible. We are especially grateful for the opportunity to bring FlowBall into a youth sports setting where children could experience its beauty, benefits, and joy.

This is only the beginning. FlowBall USA will continue working to promote FlowBall through classes, community events, youth programs, and cultural sports activities. We hope more children and families will discover FlowBall as a sport that builds coordination, confidence, focus, and a sense of harmony through movement.

We look forward to seeing more young athletes grow, move, and shine through FlowBall.
